Listing DetailsThomas Creek Brewery is a self contained brewing operation. We mill, mash, boil, transfer, ferment, filter, condition, bottle, label, box & palletize all in one place! We really have 2 active breweries, in one facility, with a total annual capacity of 10,000 Barrels. We have capabilities to brew on a small system for test brews, specialty batches and private label production runs. The majority of our beer is produced in the large brewhouse in volume runs.
